Project: Beecroft Village Green

An existing playground situated among several large trees had to be demolished and a new inclusive playground with several other amenities as listed below had to be constructed to the new design with no disturbance to the trees and its extensive structural roots. Thanks to our project delivery team who worked closely with the council arborist and representatives such that the project was completed on time without any damage to the trees. On completion the space just opened and is being enjoyed by hundreds from the community. Further, the access to the project had also been a challenge being next to state road which the team managed with diligent planning and communication to the public, suppliers and contractors as per the approved Traffic Guidance Scheme.
