I write to offer my endorsement of Civilscape for Hard and Soft Landscaping works. The works came with a very tight deadline where the specifically nominated stone was procured by Civilscape, ahead of other suppliers advised dates. The stone arrived on-time and was installed to the exact advised program dates which was required an appreciated. Most notable is the teams patience and collaborative approach. They understand the value of a working relationship and goes over and above usual effort levels to keep Clients happy, they did and continues to do so for me. I would highly recommend using Civilscape.
Civilscape recently completed a project for INTREC in North Rocks. We had a tight programme and constraints as to when we could carry out the works. Civilscape’s professionalism and commitment to the project ensured that works were completed within the required time frame and to the highest standard. I look forward to working with Civilscape again.

For future improvement, I believe training employees to take on more responsibility would be beneficial. Overall, I’m very likely to recommend Civilscape for similar projects. Civilscape always kept us informed and handled unexpected issues fairly. Their commitment to high-quality work, excellent communication, and service gave us the results we were hoping for.
Although there was a slight delay, I'm very satisfied with the overall outcome of the project. The team was very responsive to any issues, and they excelled in safety, quality, communication, and collaboration. Project management was good, and Site Foreman Antony Ko was exceptional. Civilscape’s key strengths include their deep understanding of open space projects and playgrounds, their commitment to site security, and their collaborative approach with the council. They communicate effectively and bring a high level of skill and knowledge to the work. For future projects, improving the sign-off process for ITPs and SWMS, along with adding personnel, would be helpful. While they were a bit stretched across multiple projects, which caused some delays, if Civilscape enhances these areas, they would be an excellent choice. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Civilscape, and I’m very likely to recommend them.

Civilscape’s strengths include excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and communication. Every aspect of their work was top-notch. While their pricing is slightly higher than some others, I feel it’s worth the extra cost for the quality and performance they deliver. A slight reduction in costs could make them more competitive. Overall, I found Civilscape to be extremely professional, with outstanding quality and attention to detail. I’d gladly work with them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Site Foreman Conor S. provided excellent communication, keeping us updated at every step. Civilscape demonstrated a professional approach and communicated very well. Despite several scope changes, they were always accommodating, which I appreciated. I honestly can’t think of any areas for improvement—they were outstanding in all respects. Civilscape was proactive throughout, even starting work early at the Council’s request and collaborating seamlessly with another contractor on site. I would be very likely to recommend them for similar projects.

Their key strengths include excellent communication between Anthony, his team, and Sydney Olympic Park, as well as their flexibility in adjusting the schedule to accommodate events. There were no issues with this project, and I can’t think of any areas for improvement. Civilscape has been a fantastic contractor—responsive, cooperative, and I highly recommend them as a landscaping contractor.

While it was probably beyond Civilscape's control, managing subcontractors—specifically the balustrade contractor—could be an area for improvement. The Civilscape team worked well with BMCC, handling challenges professionally and ensuring the civil works were delivered to a high standard.
