OLOC (Our Lady of Consolation) is a extension of Australian Catholic Church providing Aged Care Service to people in need. We were awarded the complete hard and soft landscape for this major project by Total Construction who were the Principal Contractor for the project. Scope of Work
More than 1200m2 of podium planters including draincell, geofabric, soil types and mulch.
Supply and install new plants in excess of 6000.
Supply and install new water feature.
Supply and install 3200m2 of paving on pedestals all through the building corridors and common areas.
Design, supply and install automatic irrigation system.
Supply and install public domain paving and landscape works.
