Project: Verset @ Rouse Hill
A luxurious residential development of 185 apartments in 4 buildings with large courtyards with soft landscape, amenities, play areas…etc situated at the heart of Rouse Hill. The landscape design flows through each building to create an exotic ambiance for its residents. Works were stage with each project and the outcome as seen is stubbing.

Scope of Work
More than 3000 m2 of combined podium and on-grade landscape works including planters, drain cell, geofabric, soil types, planting, mulching…etc
Supply and install more than 6000 plants in various pot size
Design and construct automatic irrigation system with central control system
Supply and install play equipment’s on podiums
Supply and install rubber soft fall on podium
Installation of BBQ, benches, litter bins, signages…etc
Installation of artificial turf on podium
Form and pour public footpaths and driveways
