Scope of Work
Demolition & strip of existing vegetation, trees (only dead and non-native), fence, concrete lay back and Asphalt, etc.,
Site Clearance, grubbing & stockpiling for mounds.
Supply & Installation of Underground water services including new water connection, maintenance taps, drainage pits and provision for connection to drinking fountain and drainage.
Detailed earthwork to receive new surfaces like basketball court, pedestrian & Vehicular accessible footpath Playground, landscape garden, etc.
Concrete works for Footpath, Basketball court and lay back.
Supply & Installation of Benches, tables, picnic sets, drinking fountain and Shelter.
Supply & Installation of Sandstone blocks and Shade sail.
Supply & Installation of Play equipment.
Supply and install new basketball hoop.
Supply & installation of Rubber soft fall and soft fall mulch in playground.
Supply and installation of garden soil, plants, trees, mulch and turf, etc.
Maintenance of the completed works for 12 weeks.
